I AM A STRONG COLLABORATIVE LEADER IN RETAIL COMPANIES WITH A SUCCESSFUL CAREER DRIVING DIGITAL MARKETING AND BRAND COMMUNICATION INITIATIVES FOR WOMEN'S APPAREL AND LIFESTYLE BRANDS RESULTING IN YEAR OVER YEAR SALES GROWTH.
I DESIGN BRAND EXPERIENCES FOCUSING ON UNITING BRANDS AND CONSUMERS THROUGH A CLEAR MISSION & BRAND PROPOSITION, DIGITAL INNOVATION, AND IMPACTFUL EXPERIENCES THAT ALLOW THE CONSUMER TO DEEPLY CONNECT WITH THE BRAND. I BELIEVE THAT BY BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS, CLOSING THE GAP BETWEEN THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND BRAND AWARENESS HELPS TO ADD TO A COMPANY’S SUCCESS BY DEVELOPING ITS IDENTITY AND DNA. MY PASSIONS ARE IN DEVELOPING BRANDS THAT AFFECT A WOMAN IN A POSITIVE WAY, MAKING THEM CONFIDENT AND SECURE IN THEIR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL LIFE.
MY STRENGTHS HAVE ALLOWED ME TO BRING ENERGY, CREATIVITY AND AN ANALYTICAL STRATEGY TO EACH ROLE I HAVE HAD. WE LIVE IN A GLOBAL MARKET SPACE AND A BRAND'S SUCCESS WHETHER LUXURY, BEAUTY, LIFESTYLE OR OTHER DEPENDS ON THEIR ABILITY TO ADAPT TO CHANGE, BE INNOVATIVE, BOLD AND THE ABILITY TO TAKE A RISK WHILE BEING THOUGHTFUL AND PRACTICAL AS NEEDED. I THRIVE ON CREATING, BUILDING AND OVERCOMING DIFFICULT SITUATIONS BY PROVIDING SOLUTIONS THAT ARE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL WITH PROVEN METHODS OF SUCCESS. TEAMWORK IS ESSENTIAL TO A COMPANIES SUCCESS, AND MY LEADERSHIP STYLE IS TO BE HANDS-ON BUT ALLOWS INDIVIDUALS TO DEVELOP, MAKE MISTAKES, LEARN AND BECOME THEIR BEST ON THEIR PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY.
MY GOAL WHEN WORKING IS TO USE THE TOTALITY OF MY EXPERIENCE, THE LESSONS I HAVE LEARNED, THE OPPORTUNITIES I HAVE OVERCOME TO MAKE SURE MY ORGANIZATION MAKES THAT LASTING IMPRESSION THAT IMPROVES OVER THE TEST OF TIME WITH IMPACTFUL RESULTS.
